The RO Buddie Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Filtration System

Convenient RO Water: The AquaticLife RO Buddie is a 3-stage RO reverse osmosis system designed for hydroponic use. Produce up to 75 gallons of filtered water with this 75 GPD RO reverse osmosis filter.

Removes up to 98% of TDS from Water: The RO reverse osmosis water filter helps remove up to 98% of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from water. This RO filter system for making aquarium water provides optimal filtration for your aquatic environment.

Membrane Filtration: The RO membrane filter in the reverse osmosis water filtration system reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from the water down to the ratio of 1 out of 10,000.

Effective Sediment Removal: The sediment filter in the RO water filtration system captures sand, silt, and more, which affect the quality and appearance of water.

Carbon Block Filter: The carbon block filter in the RO water system eliminates chlorine and conditions water before it reaches the RO membrane.

Connection and Setup: Simply remove the aerator from your kitchen or bathroom sink and use one of the included adapters to convert to a standard garden hose thread. Then use the included hose to 1/4" tubing adapter. Or connect directly to your washing machine spigot or outdoor faucet.

Convenient Float: The included float valve can easily be plumbed into a reservoir, sump, barrel or bucket by drilling a 7/8 inch hole in the container and mounting the float valve.

Auto Shut-Off Included: All RO units produce both filtered and waste water. The float valve can turn off the filtered water and then activate the included Auto Shut-Off Solenoid (ASO). The ASO will then turn off the water supply to stop the waste water from flowing.

1/4" Tubing & Easy Connectors: Use the included 1/4" tubing to easily plumb your RO Buddie. The tubing simply pushes into the press-fit connectors 5/8" and locks into place for a leak-free setup.

Translucent Sediment Cartridge: The one-piece sealed sediment cartridge housing is translucent, making it easy to view the condition of the filter media inside. No more guessing what your filter looks like!

No Electricity Needed: The Auto Shut-Off Solenoid (ASO) is mechanical and works off water pressure, so no electricity is needed to operate the unit.

Usage Considerations: - For NYC area users, an additional prefilter is suggested based on the latest Water Quality Report. - For well water users, check for CO2 before purchasing, as it can quickly deplete the DI resin cartridge. - The RO Buddie carbon cartridge removes chlorine, but not chloramines. Check your water for chloramines before purchasing.
