The 100 GPD RO Membrane is designed to produce 100 gallons of purified water per day (4.1 gallons / 15.5 liters per hour). With a filter life of about 2-3 years, this system offers a friendly design and easy installation.

The Vegebe TFC RO Membrane has a rating of 0.0001 micron, providing 99% TDS Removal and 97% Stable Salt Rejection. This high contaminant rejection capability allows the system to effectively remove heavy metals, organic matter, rubber mass, harmful minerals, and other soluble salts from the water, including lead (98% removal), magnesium, chromium, chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, colloids, and nitrates.

The Vegebe RO membrane is made of food-grade polyamide Thin Film Composite (TFC) and utilizes advanced membrane film technology and manufacturing processes to ensure maximum surface area coverage and filtration. This product meets the NSF/ANSI 58 standards, ensuring the delivery of safe and clean drinking water.

When using this product in a Maple Syrup reverse osmosis system, it is recommended to maintain a work pressure of 100 psi. Additionally, it is suggested to heat and maintain the raw sap at 104°F (40°C) to prevent clogging on the membrane, while keeping it below 113°F (45°C) to avoid damage due to excessively high temperatures.
