The ALTON Commercial Grade replacement filter set for standard RO systems includes 5 filters that extend service life up to two times, saving time and money. The set is compatible with brands such as Watts, APEC, and iSpring.

The first stage is a multi-layer 5-micron sediment filter with enhanced dirt-holding capacity and extended service life. It measures 2.5" in diameter and 9.84" in length, fitting standard 10" filter housing canisters. Constructed from pure polypropylene with no BPA, it conforms to ISO 9001:2000 manufacturing standards. This filter removes sediment, dirt, sand, and rust, and should be replaced every 12 months.

The second and third stages are activated coconut shell carbon block filters with a 5-micron rating. They have a 6,000-gallon chlorine reduction capacity or 2,000-gallon RO water usage capacity. Measuring 2.75" in diameter and 9.84" in length, these filters also fit standard 10" housings. Designed to minimize channeling and extend service life, the 100% high-quality coconut shell carbon removes sediment, chlorine, chloramines, taste, odor, THM, VOC, pesticides, herbicides, and turbidity. Replacement is recommended every 12 to 18 months.

The fourth stage is a TFC-50 standard-size RO membrane, designed to fit standard membrane housings. Measuring 1.75" in diameter, 2" in diameter with the seal, and 11.74" in length, it provides a 95% rejection rate and improved efficiency with extended service life. This high-quality membrane from a US manufacturer ensures consistent performance, and should be replaced every 3 to 5 years.

The fifth and final stage is a 2"x10" inline carbon filter with coconut shell activated carbon for final polishing and taste improvement. With 1/4" NPT female thread inlet and outlet, it enhances the taste and removes odors, and needs to be replaced annually.
